How booking works
The whole thing moves at your pace — a first note now, a quick conversation about light and timing, a deposit to hold the date, and a gallery you’ll keep forever.
Send a quick note with your date (or the window you’re thinking), the kind of session — portrait, wedding, brand, family — and a little about what you have in mind. The more you share, the better we can tell you if we’re the right fit.
We confirm availability and talk through location and timing. For portraits we chase golden hour; for weddings we build a timeline around your day. If we’re booked, we’ll say so honestly and point you to someone we trust.
A signed agreement and a 25% deposit hold your date — the rest is due the week of the session. The deposit comes off your total, not on top of it. Until it’s in, the date stays open for anyone, so we book on a first-to-reserve basis.
We show up early, keep it relaxed, and let the day unfold. Portrait and brand galleries land within two weeks; weddings within four to six. Everything arrives in a private online gallery with high-resolution downloads and a print release.

Booking Questions
Your date is reserved once we have a signed agreement and a 25% deposit. That deposit comes off your total — it’s not an extra charge. The balance is due the week of the session. Until the deposit is in, the date stays open for anyone, so we book first-come, first-reserved.
Wedding dates book 6 to 18 months out, especially for spring and fall Saturdays. Portrait, family, and brand sessions are usually available within 2 to 4 weeks. If you have a specific date in mind, the earlier you reach out, the better your odds.
Portraits (individuals, couples, seniors, and families), weddings and engagements, and brand or commercial work — headshots, small-business content, and product. If you’re not sure which fits, just tell us what you’re picturing and we’ll steer you.
Portrait and brand galleries are delivered within two weeks. Weddings take four to six weeks because there’s a lot more to cull and edit. Need a handful of sneak-peek images sooner? We almost always send a few within a couple of days.
We arrive early to scout light and settle in. We’ll direct you gently — small adjustments, a few prompts — but mostly we let the moments happen. Portrait sessions run about 60 to 90 minutes; weddings follow the timeline we build together beforehand. Come rested, and trust the process.
For outdoor sessions we watch the forecast and will reschedule to the next available date at no charge if the weather won’t cooperate. Deposits are transferable to a new date. For weddings, we always have an indoor and low-light plan ready to go.
